Our Story

Mike and Beth were introduced to each other through mutual friends at Cedar Point on September 18th, 2004.  A few months of online correspondence and a chilly December drive from Michigan to Tennessee and back followed (to ride more roller coasters, of course!). Which led to a few more months of online correspondence before we entered the realm of couple-dom the following March.

We courted long distance with Mike in California and Beth in Michigan for nearly 5 years until Mike lost his job and agreed to move to Michigan. On Beth’s trip to California to help Mike move cross country (and ride a few rollercoasters too) we were engaged in March of 2009.

We’ve been living together in an apartment in Jackson with our two kitties Lily and Gromit since then and are in the process of buying our first house and planning the wedding at the same time.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our upcoming wedding, showing off a bit of Beth’s hometown, and welcoming you all into our extended network of family and friends!
